1. Cancellation by Client

1.1. Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Knownfreaks at least 5 days before the scheduled start date of the project or service.

1.2. If a client cancels a project or service after work has commenced, they will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Knownfreaks

2.1. Knownfreaks reserves the right to cancel a project or service at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or if the client breaches the terms of the service agreement.

2.2. In the event of cancellation by Knownfreaks, the client will be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the stage of the project or service.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds will be issued within 4 business days of the cancellation date.

3.2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.3. For custom projects, the refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and the expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.

3.4. In the event of client-initiated termination before completion, Knownfreaks will refund 50% of the total payment made by the client up to the point of termination.

3.5. No refunds will be issued once the website has been completed and handed over to the client.

3.6. For services that are provided on a monthly subscription basis, cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

3.7. For domain and hosting services, refunds will be provided only if the service has not been activated.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1. Certain services or products may be non-refundable, as specified in the service agreement or product description.

4.2. Any fees associated with third-party services or products are non-refundable.

5. Changes to This Policy

5.1. Knownfreaks reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time with prior notice.
